Hi,

My name is Mark O'Neill, in GCN way back when I was "John-Mark". I'm from Conn. but moved to Australia in 1998 to marry elle-maree she also was from the old GCN, that's how we met.

I have re-started a program that I ran years ago "Alcoholics For Christ" a 12-step 100% recovery program for alcoholics and drug addicts. After a few years of floudering in my work for the Lord, I read Jerry Falwell's recent book "Building A Dynamic Faith", a fire was re-started in me and I feel that God really wanted me to give the program another try.

i went to a local Christian rehab to offer to help out in anyway that I could. After talking to the guy that ran the place, and told him of some past things that I've done, he said "why don't you run a group here?" for the last 6 months I've been doing so with wonderful results.

Now, I'm about to start a public meeting in Geelong, Victoria Australia. First weekly meeting is Wed. July 16 at Bethel Christian Fellowship 180 Packington St Geelong, Victoria. WE NEED SERIOUS PRAYER!!!!

Although we use workbooks and things from the American AFC, I run things more simple as far as the meetings go, but with a much more complete way outside the meetings. Mentoring, serious Bible study, and am hoping to start a Bible institute for these "outcasts", are so on fire for Jesus, we should all take note.
