Prayer

I have been asked to go to Romania to teach a module of training in a preacher's college. I am honored and 'umbled by the offer. I have not been out of the country since '75 so I have to get a passport which I have been told could take six months but they want me there next month. I see that airfare can be anywhere from 1800-3700 dollars. That is cash I do not have. Please pray that if it is the Lord's will that I take this opportunity that the passport will be expedited and that the funds will be supplied. They will take care of me when I get there. And if I go that since I am on blood thinners and such that I won't develop a blood clot. Thanks!

It looks like I will have to take a raincheck. Six months is what everyone is telling me to get a passport so I called the Director and told him I would work on a passport and he will schedule me at a time after I get so it is a later not a right now opportunity. Thanks for the prayer!

I am still waiting for my passport but it is supposed to be early next month. Money is tight at my chuch (like everywhere) but I am sure some folks might donate. I have not been overseas since 1975 so this will be a real adventure. When I have passport in hand, I will call my friend and let him know we are good to go and start working on the funds.
